[ The Brief ]
Managing a remote team without real visibility is mostly guesswork. You don't know how hours are actually spent, projects run over budget quietly, and payroll becomes a manual reconciliation job at the end of every month. Staffic is an enterprise SaaS platform built to fix that. It brings time tracking, screenshot monitoring, app and URL usage, project management, leave approvals, invoicing, and automated payroll into one connected system — so managers have real data instead of promises, and admin work stops eating the day. I contributed across most of the product — leading the UI design, architecting the backend APIs with Node.js and Express, and building core modules including the dashboard, timesheet engine, productivity pipeline, financial systems, and HR workflows. The goal throughout was to make dense, complex data feel simple and usable, not overwhelming. The result is a multi-tenant SaaS application that handles everything from a five-person agency to an enterprise team — with role-based access, flexible reporting, and the kind of visibility that actually changes how teams are managed.
